Writer, producer, and director George Gallo has had a long career in Hollywood spanning 35 years. Growing up in New York, he fell in love watching Martin Scorsese’s Mean Streets and wanted to make movies. He moved to LA in 1982 and after 4 years his film “Wise Guys” starring Danny Devito and Joe Piscopo was made.  

He wrote Midnight Run starring Robert DeNiro and had a hand in creating the characters of the wildly successful Bad Boys franchise starring Will Smith & Martin Lawrence. Gallo made his directorial debut on 29th Street for which he also wrote the screenplay. He went on to write and direct films like Trapped in Paradise starring Nicolas Cage, Jon Lovitz and Dana Carvey. He has also directed and written for actors such as Bruce Willis, Luke Wilson, and Tommy Lee Jones.
